Wow, great food. I felt like I was back in Montreal! The Canadian cowboy burger was a perfect mix of smoked meat and ground beef with just the right amount of heat, and the fries were the perfect finish. My wife had the special, the rib poutine, and it was fantastic; perfectly balanced fries, cheese curds, gravy, and rib meat. The empty bowl said it all.
